Company

SafeT Systems was founded in 1999 by long-time Knoxville residents Heather Surlas and her father Ray Evans. SafeT Systems got its start by providing security systems to area homes and businesses. Once we established a firm footing, we expanded our services to include a wide variety of electronic products and systems, such as, fire alarms, surveillance cameras, access control, electronic locks, custom home theaters, and audio-video systems. Today SafeT Systems is one of East Tennessee’s largest and fastest growing full-service electronic systems firms.

The success of SafeT Systems is due in large part to our excellent customer service and ceaseless effort to be the best. Our staff is friendly, well-trained, and knowledgeable. Since SafeT Systems is a locally owned and operated business it allows customers who call, for sales or service, the opportunity to speak with a real person. We retain an in-house staff with multidisciplinary experience, training and design capabilities, as well as a stable and experienced management team with sound financial backing. You have peace of mind knowing that SafeT will be there in the future to service and support your systems.

SafeT Systems offers responsible performance with a proven job history record. Our experience, coupled with a commitment to provide superior service and quality, provides an unrivaled capability to provide you the best service and products from the design stages through the installation and maintenance.

Heather and Ray wish to thank all of the great folks in East Tennessee for helping make SafeT Systems a great success. To all our potential new customers, give us a call and let us add you to our list of satisfied customers!
